NATIONWIDE ON‐SITE LASER MEASUREMENT SUPPORT SERVICES. Don't worry if your products are hardly moving. Special vehicle with the measurement equipment will go to your site.

It is necessary to measure dimensions and evaluate process of the results in order to obtain high quality products. Recently there are many demands to measure the product which is hardly to move, not suitable to move or not able to use the fixed laser measurement equipment due to size or figures. In order to measure such products, we provide services with the portable measurement equipment which is easily transportable to the site where the product is.

We will select the most appropriate measuring procedure and equipment after we confirmed your specified demand. (Defining simple measuremente or 3D measurement required. For the 3D we apply to use CATIA V4 or V5 version). Then we will schedule the staff to send your site.

Once reconfirmed the on‐site job procedure, the Laser Tracker, FARO ARM and other necessary equipments are load on the special vehicle. The measurement equipment is very sensitive so that we will be required most carefully to avoid giving any shock on them on our way to the site. We are tidy ourselves and pay attention to avoid any accidents carefully in addition to follow all client instruction.

First to do on the arrival at the job site is to have a meeting with the client for checking the specified products to be measured. Setting up the equipments and calibration (self correction) of the tracker will be performed. Then it is now ready to start measuring. We do the best quickly and precisely.

The measurement results will be delivered to the client by the printed papers on job site. After cleaning up the site, we will be ready to leave there.
